Crushing my Swaying Feelings… Prologue It has been a year since Zelgadis was killed. Only a year….it seams much longer. Ironically, I regret his death. All suspicions fell upon me after he was murdered; after all, I had an eternity with my beloved Kosha to gain. My daughter, Raya, and her husband, Valgarv, will be returning soon. Their children, Vallos and Xelterria, were left in Kosha and my care. Tonight, I must tell them the story of Aurizlious, the boy who is truly Hellmaster Phibrizio….and what a sad story it is, and the story isn’t over yet. A few more things have to happen. Raya doesn’t know that Aurizlious, whom she considers her brother, is Hellmaster. Yet. Or that he killed Zel. Yet. Or that she is destined to become his-ah, well, that I will leave as a secret! After all, what fun would it be if I revealed all that is to come now? Xellos Metallium~ Trickster Priest. Chapter I Xellos closed the book he had been writing in and smiled. His descendents would enjoy it, he was sure. ( he was also pretty sure he would be around to tell them the tale himself, but just in case) Thinking of his descendents, his smile widened. Vallos and Xelterria, his beloved grandchildren, were waiting for him, and their nightly bedtime story. Tonight’s story was very important. Xellos walked out of the study and down the dimly lit hall to his grandchildren’s room. By the door, a ten-year-old boy stood. He was leaning against the wall, his arms crossed over his chest. Xellos sighed. He really didn’t want to deal with this particular person tonight. “ Phibrizio-sama, how can I help you?,” Xellos asked. “ Stuff it, Xellos,” Phibrizio snapped, “ Are you telling them tonight? Aneki (older sister) and her husband will be back soon.” “ Hai.” “ Good, and don’t mess this up Xellos! Both of our futures hang in the balance,” Hellmaster sneered, then he walked off. “ What was I thinking bringing him back?,” Xellos asked. Hellmaster didn’t like Xellos, due to some previous confrontations, and Xellos had no love for Hellmaster. “ I heard that!,” Hellmaster yelled back at the Trickster Priest. Xellos sneered in the direction Hellmaster had gone, and entered his grandchildren’s room. “ Grandpa!,” Xelterria yelled happily as Xellos sat down in a huge black leather chair. The two-year-old scrambled into Xellos’s lap as soon as he had gotten comfortable. Vallos, who was five, came right after her. “ Tonight’s story is very, very important! Promise always to remember it?,” Xellos asked. “ Hai!,” they chirped. “ Good. Now, you remember the story of how your mother and Aunt Zela were born, ne?,” Xellos asked, and the children nodded, “ Now, I was gone for three years. The first year, I did an extensive report on morning glories. Very, very boring. The second year, I was to look for the reincarnation of Gaav-sama. The third year, this is where things start to become important, I was to look for the reincarnation of Hellmaster Phibrizio-sama. I found him. In a new born baby boy named Aurizlious,” Xellos paused, Xelterria’s eyes were wide with amassment, as were Vallos’s-but there was something else in the boy’s eyes as well, betrayal, perhaps? “ Aurizlious-chan in really Phibrizio-sama?,” Vallos asked. “ Hai,” Xellos nodded, “ Now, Aurizlious was only a month old when I found him. His ‘father’ had died in a war, and his ‘mother’ was very ill. I knew she would not live long, so I befriended her. After all, I had time to spare. She knew she was going to die, and made me take a blood oath that I would take Aurizlious in as my son and watch over him always. I did. I was going to take Aurizlious with me anyhow when she died. After she passed away, I still had six months before I was to return, so I looked for Gaav-sama some more, and wandered from town to town, and city to city with Aurizlious. When I returned, Beastmaster took it upon herself to raise the boy, since she knew Dynast would want no part of it, and Deep Sea Dolphin is to insane by any standards to help raise a child. Besides, Xellas figured that she had had the best relationship with Phibrizio, and he would want her to make sure his new body was properly trained.” “ Mommy doesn’t know, does she?,” Xelterria asked. “ No, and I was just getting to that, my curious little one!,” Xellos laughed, “ No, your mother dose not know that Aurizlious is Hellmaster. Now, as you know, Aurizlious was raised as my adopted son, and Raya’s little brother. Even now that Aurizlious has become Hellmaster, he still loves Raya as much as a Mazoku is capable of loving. Strange, ne?” “ Mazoku can’t love?,” Vallos asked, confused. “ We can’t love like humans or dragons can. We Mazoku feed and crave negative emotions, so the nice ones are harder for us to grasp, but we can obtain something very close to love, and at times, I think two Mazoku can love each other more then two humans can,” Xellos explained, “ Now, when Aurizlious turned sixteen, he was told of his past as Hellmaster, and Xellas restored his old memories. He spent the next five years slowly regaining his powers. When he turned twenty-one last year, he had almost all of them back, and assumed his old job as the leader of Hell, and he now goes by ‘Hellmaster Phibrizio’. Do you have any questions?” “ Dose Phibrizio-sama ever go by Aurizlious anymore?,” Xelterria asked. “ Only to Raya and those who don’t know who he is. All in all, Aurizlious died six years ago.” “ Is that the end of the story?,” Vallos asked. “ No. There is more to tell,” Xellos said, “ Last year, when Phibrizio was preparing to reassume the leadership of Hell, somehow, Zelgadis discovered this. Now, this didn’t bother Hellmaster that much, because Zel didn’t know Hellmaster was really Aurizlious. Then Zel found out who Hellmaster really was, and that he hadn’t yet gained back all his powers. This ticked Hellmaster off quite a bit, but he decided a brainwashing spell would be enough. Then Zelgadis’s curiosity and his digging around in Hellmaster’s plans went too far: he found out that Phibrizio was going to kill Lina Inverse for killing him. In my opinion, the Lord of Nightmares was the one responsible for his death, but hey, there is no arguing with a mad Mazoku Lord!” “ Uncle Zel told Aunt Lina, right?,” Xelterria asked. “ He tried. Zel was on his way to warn Lina, when Phibrizio and Beastmaster caught him. Apparently, Hellmaster and Zel had a rather brutal verbal confrontation, then a magic battle started. Hellmaster may not have had all of his powers, but he had quite enough of them to be more then a match for Zel. In the end, Hellmaster Phibrizio killed Zelgadis,” Xellos sighed, “ Your Father feared that now that Hellmaster knew he could defeat him, Phibrizio would come after him, so he and your mother fled. Kosha was turned into a Mazoku, and Hellmaster continues to gain power. To tell you the truth, I don’t know how much he has. In my estimate, it is well below half, so in twenty years, he should have all his powers.” “ Does Grandma Kosha know?,” Vallos asked. “ Hai, and she hates Hellmaster with a passion. At least she did in the beginning. He goes out of his way to be ‘kind’ to her, and she is now able to tolerate his presence. Aren’t we all so lucky!” “ Aunt Lina….” “ Knows nothing,” Xellos sighed, “ Now it is time for you two to be off to bed!” “ Will Mommy and Daddy be back soon?,” Xelterria asked with a yawn as Xellos tucked her and her brother in. “ Hai. Very soon,” Xellos smiled, “ Evil dreams, my little loves.” Xellos left the room and closed the door softly behind him. He turned around and almost jumped out of his skin. A pair of light green eyes was glaring at him from the shadows by the door. “ Well?,” the eye’s owner asked. “ They know. I will tell them who to tell tomorrow night. They were falling asleep, and we wouldn’t want them to forget, now would we?” “ No, we wouldn’t,” Hellmaster grinned as he stepped out of the shadows, “ I’m far more powerful then you think, Xellos. You mess this up, and I’ll fry you. You are nothing to me. Quite frankly, if you didn’t mean so much to Aneki, I would fry you for fun!” With that, Phibrizio turned and walked down the hall. The wolves that roamed freely in Beastmaster’s palace went out of their way to get out of Hellmaster’s path. “ What I wouldn’t give to kill him!,” Xellos thought as he walked down the hall to his and Kosha’s room. Chapter II In his chambers, Phibrizio sat in front of a mirror, examining his face. “ Strange,” he muttered to himself, “ I thought my hair had more black in it.” Suddenly, there was sharp rap on his door. “ What!?,” he roared. The door swung open, and Xellas Metalluim, better known as Beastmaster, walked in. “ Bad time, Phibby-chan?,” she giggled as she lit up a cigarette. “ What in Ruby Eye’s name do you want?,” Phibrizio snapped. He wasn’t in the mood to deal with Xellas. She was the youngest of the Demon Lords, and when you got right down to it, the Five Demon Lords were brothers and sisters in a way, and Phibrizio didn’t feel like putting up with his youngest ‘sibling.’ “ To see how things went tonight,” Xellas asked. “ Fine. I listened to him tell it from outside the door. Fool. I actually startled him when he left. What did you ever see in him, Xellas?,” Phibrizio asked. “ Shut-up! You don’t diss my servants, I wont diss yours,” Xellas said. “ I don’t have any,” Phibrizio shot back, “ and I’ll say whatever I damn well please. He actually thinks I won’t have all my powers back until almost twenty years!” “ How long will it really be?,” Xellas asked as she sat down on the bed. “ Six months at the most,” Phibrizio said as he glared at her, “ Just what do you think you’re doing? I don’t recall asking you to stay.” “ Answer one question and I’ll leave.” “ What?,” Phibrizio yelled. “ Why do you like that childish form so much?,” Xellas asked as she lit up another cigarette. “ It has many advantages, trust me,” Phibrizio said darkly, his arms crossed and his eyes narrowed, “ Now get the hell out.” “ But-“ “ I said out,” Phibrizio said. Xellas sighed and left. “ What’s got you so ticked off, Phibrizio? Everything is perfect for you,” Xellas sneered on her way out. For L-Sama’s sake! All she’d wanted to do was get a little information out of him! You’d think she’s asked him to-Xellas cut off that thought before she could even finish it, “ Eeewwww!,” she giggled. Chapter III The next night, Xellos returned to his grandchildren’s room to finish the ‘story’. “ Now, you two are never, ever to tell anyone off this story,” Xellos said, “ Swear that you wont.” “ I swear,” Vallos and Xelterria said together. “ Good,” Xellos smiled, “ Now, one day you will meet your father when he was young.” “ How is that possible?,” Vallos asked. “ Don’t worry about that, just know that it is,” Xellos chuckled, “ You will see Aurizlious. When someone asks you why you are concerned about Aurizlious, you may tell that person, and only that person the story.” “ Only them?,” Xelterria asked. “ Hai, only them,” Xellos nodded, “ Remember your promise, young ones.” “ We will,” they said as they climbed into bed. “ Good night, my little loves. You’re parents should be back soon,” Xellos said as he tucked them in. Then he quietly left the room. “ Well?,” a cool voiced asked from the shadows. “ They will do what they are destined to do,” Xellos sighed. “ Good,” Hellmaster grinned, “ Aneki will return soon, with that husband of hers.” “ Will you tell her?” “ No, I wont tell her till after they have gone back in time,” Phibrizio said, “ I’ll kill you if you tell.” “ My Mistress wouldn’t care for that.” “ I really couldn’t care less about what your Mistress thinks!,” Phibrizio laughed, “ There are only two beings alive that are worth anything to me are Shabernigdo-sama and Raya.” “ What about L-Sama?” “ Very funny.” “ I thought it was.” “ Get out of my sight,” Hellmaster sneered, “ Before you befall the same fate as Zelgadis.” “ Raya would hate you. Forever.” “ HELLBLAST!!!!” “ Ouch,” Xellos whimpered as he crashed to the floor. Hellmaster laughed and shook his head as he walked away. “ I should tell her,” Xellos spat. Suddenly, Kosha charged around the corner that Hellmaster had just rounded. He was running behind her in Aurizlious form. Xellos opened his eyes and blinked, “ What the……” “ Raya’s back!!!!!,” they yelled simultaneously as they ran by the stunned Xellos. “ ‘Bout bloody time!!!!,” Xellos yelled as he joined the charge to Xellas’s throne room. Xellas was sitting on her throne, enjoying a bottle of wine and chatting away with Raya and Valgarv when Kosha, Xellos, and ‘Aurizlious’ burst in. “ Dad! Mom! Otoutosan!,” Raya yelled and ran over to them. Valgarv smiled and followed her. “ We missed you,” Xellos said as he hugged his daughter. “ I missed you too, Daddy.” “ Where have you two been?,” Kosha asked as she hugged her daughter then Valgarv. “ We spent a year on the beach,” Raya giggled. “ I really hate you sometimes, Raya,” Xellas sighed. “ It was her idea,” Valgarv grinned. “ You thought it was a great idea,” Raya laughed, then she turned to her parents, “ Where are the kids?” “ In their room,” Xellos said, “ They’re supposed to be sleeping.” “ Well, either way, they’ll be up in a minute,” Valgarv laughed, “ Raya and I will meet you guys in the library later on.” “ Of course,” Xellos smiled as Valgarv and Raya left. “ When are you going to tell her, Phibrizio-sama?,” Kosha asked. “ Get used to calling me Aurizlious in this form, and to answer your question, whenever I fell like it!” Kosha just sighed and shook her head sadly. Chapter IV The years passed by in a blur. Zela married a man from another dimension, Narse and Rezurla were born and most of all, she tried to forget her father’s murder. Raya, on the other hand, watched her children grow, and she and ‘Aurizlious’ grew closer everyday. Valgarv kept an eye on Hellmaster, and learned that he was almost fully dragon, and had very little Mazoku blood in him at all. Changer and Rezo were the best known healers in the land, and traveled all over the land. Filia was often with them, and kept watch over her grandchildren. Kosha grew more tolerant of Hellmaster, and he, in Xellas’s words, ‘softened up quite a bit’. In other words, he wasn’t as mean as he used to be. Xellos watched all these happenings with a heavy heart and waited for the axe to fall and break the peace in everyone’s lives….it would take twenty long years to happen. Twenty years passed……… “ Well, they’re gone,” Zela sighed. “ It’s not like we don’t know where they are!,” Raya giggled, “ They’ll be back soon, it’s already been two days.” “ I finally understand that crack Vallos made about me dropping you,” Valgarv grinned. “ That was not funny!,” Raya yelled. “ I thought it was,” ‘Aurizlious’ grinned, “ It’s not everyday we get to see you fall from fifty feet in the air and land in the ocean.” “ You’re no help, Otoutosan!” ‘Aurizlious’ sighed, “ I have to tell her,” he thought, the aloud he said, “ Aneki, I have to talk to you, alone. It’s important.” “ Okay,” Raya said as the two of them walked off. “ Gods, he’s going to tell her!,” Valgarv whispered. “ Tell her what?,” Zela asked. “ Nothing.” “ You might as well tell her, Val,” Xellos said as he materialized, “ He is about to let the cat out of the bag anyhow.” “ Okay, Zela, it’s like this…..” Meanwhile….. Raya started in shook at Aurizlious. “ No! NO! You ARE not Hellmaster!,” Raya screamed. “ Raya, please understand, I am,” Hellmaster sighed as he took on his true form. “ Why didn’t you tell me!!!!!!,” Raya howled, “ No! I don’t want you’re worthless excuses!!!!! I HATE YOU!!!!!! Leave me alone!!!!!,” Raya screamed and ran from the room. “ Raya!,” Phibrizio yelled, “ Please! Come back!” “ LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!,” Raya yelled back at him as she ran down the hall. “ Gods, what have I done?,” Hellmaster whispered, “ Raya, my Aneki, I will always love you.” Soon….. “ Zela!,” Raya yelled as she ran into the room. “ Oh Raya! Aurizlious-oh Gods!,” Zela sobbed. “ I know, I know,” Raya said as she started to cry too, “ He lied to us all.” “ I’ll kill him! He murdered my father! Now I see why Mom hates him so much!,” Zela said, “ We have to get the others! They’ll help us!” “ Let’s go then,” Xellos said as he and Valgarv walked over to the girls, “ We’ll all meet back here.” Everyone but Raya left to get the other. Raya just sat on the floor, crying. Phibrizio stood silently in the doorway watching her. In Raya’s mind memories of her and Aurizlious flew through her brain. Then one caught her full attention…a promise that she and Aurizlious had made years ago, before he knew who he was….but then, after he found out who he was he still called her ‘Aneki’ and said he loved her. Did he remember the promise too? Could Hellmaster Phibrizio, the most powerful of the five Mazoku Lords, actually lover her? “ I remember our promise,” Raya whispered, “ and I think you do too, Phibrizio….,” she whispered then she vanished. “ Of course I remember the promise, Raya. How could I forget?,” Hellmaster whispered to the now empty room. Later in Xellas’s throne room…. “ They’re coming for me,” Phibrizio said, “ and they actually think they can kill me.” “ Hai,” Xellas shrugged. “ We can!,” Zela yelled as she, Raya, Xellos, Kosha, Rezo, Changer, Valgarv, Filia, Xelterria, Vallos, Narse, Rezurla, and Lei Rezo stormed into the room. “ We want answers and we want them now!,” Rezo sneered. “ I’m flattered. All of you came to kill me,” Phibrizio smiled. “ Hai!,” Zela yelled. “ You aren’t Aurizlious anymore! We can kill you!,” Filia screamed. “ Ah, but can you do it when I am in this form?,” Hellmaster giggled as he took on his Aurizlious form. “ You may look like him, but you’re not him!,” Changer roared, “ You murdered Zelgadis!” “ You say that as if I enjoyed it,” Hellmaster spat. “ I bet you did, you Mazoku namogomi!!!!!,” Filia howled. “ Now, now Filia-chan, I thought that was my nickname,” Xellos said, “ He should be called something much, much worse!” “ Before you all end up killing each other in my throne room,” Xellas said, “ I would like to point out that if you kill Phibrizio, he’ll just be reborn in a few years anyway, and then he’ll just kill all of you for killing him. Plus don’t you want to know what happened the day Zelgadis was killed? Murder isn’t the word for it. I was there, you know. I could tell you if you want.” “ Well?,” Rezo prompted. Xellas smiled evilly. “ This may take a while, so you all might as well get comfortable,” Xellas said, “ Oh, and not interruptions or I wont finish this wonderful little tale. Also, no fighting. The second some one chunks a spell at someone, or a weapon is thrown, or some one uses their claws, tails, wings, morphing abilities ext., ext., I’ll turn the culprit into a crispy critter before anyone even knows what happened. Okay?” “ I can’t believe I’m listening to you, Xellas,” Phibrizio sighed as he took a seat at the foot of her throne. “ Shut-up and enjoy the story,” Xellas said with a smirk as she began her tale. Chapter V “ Well, I suppose it all really started when ‘Aurizlious’ turned twenty- one. He could now take on his true form for as long as he wanted, and he had enough of his powers back to reassume his old position as the leader of Hell. Weren’t we all so lucky? Anyway, that’s when Zelgadis began to dig around in our business. In a mater of months, Zel had found out that Aurizlious was really Hellmaster, and that he wasn’t at full power. He also found out that Phibrizio had just retaken Hell. Well, Phibrizio didn’t really care that Zel knew all this stuff, but he was considering using a mind wipe spell to erase it from Zel’s memory, just in case Zel decided to open his big mouth and spill all of Phibrizio’s business to all of you wonderful people, and it wasn’t time for all of you to know the truth. Then Zel’s ‘curiosity’, that’s the nice way to put it, went too far. In not so nice terms, Zel got his nose into business that NO ONE was supposed to know. EVER. You know, the kinds of stuff people get killed over. Let this be a lesson to all of you: KEEP YOUR BIG NOSES OUT OF MAZOKU LORD’S BUSINESS!!!!!! Anyway, Zel found out that Phibrizio was considering killing Lina Inverse for being one of the people directly involved in his death. Considering, mind you, not going to, not ‘oh, I’ll get around to it next week’, not ‘hmm, that’s an idea for something to do when I’m bored!’, only considering. Anywho, Zel did what any true friend would do, I suppose, he ran off to tell poor little innocent Lina Inverse, who had never done a darn thing wrong in her life and didn’t have any enemies or anyone who wanted revenge against her, that the big, bad, evil, Phibrizio, (who doesn’t even have all his powers yet) is coming to kill her. In other words, Zel ran off to tell Lina that she was about to get to use the Giga Slave again. Well, Phibrizio couldn’t have that happen, now could he? So, the two of us ran off to stop Zel and erase all of that juicy info from Zel’s brain. Well, you all know how Zelgadis was, he was stubborn and generally a pain in the ass. Like I said, at first we had NO intention of killing Zelgadis. Then Zel called Phibrizio and I some rather colorful names. I have no clue what so ever as to how I had gotten involved in the whole situation, I guess it was because I showed up with Phibrizio to stop Zel. Anyway he called us some rather mean names, and it pissed us off, and we started insulting Zel right back. Zel and Phibrizio kept getting madder and madder, and I kept forgetting to remind Phibrizio that we weren’t supposed to kill Zel, because Zel kept insulting little old innocent me! Then Zel chunked a Flair Arrow at us. That was the last straw. No more mister and miss nice Mazoku Lords! Phibrizio started chunking spells right back at Zel, and I kept egging both the guys on…stupid me. I’d totally forgotten that we weren’t supposed to kill Zel. Phibrizio and I both realized what we were doing and that we weren’t supposed to be doing it at the same time, and we stopped throwing spells at Zel to have a little talk about what we were supposed to do now since Zel was all pissed. There was no way he was going to let us cast a mind wipe spell on him now. Our little time out gave Zelgadis, who was still determined that we were trying to kill his best friend and him, time to cast the Ra Tilt. It hit us head on, it wasn’t powerful enough to kill us, but it still hurt pretty bad, and Phibrizio who was already pretty beaten up, went into a rage and cast the biggest Hellblast I have ever seen in all of my life. The Hellblast hit Zel head on and killed him instantly. Zel getting killed accomplished two things: One, it snapped Phibrizio out of his rage, and he realized that he’d just killed Zelgadis and started spazing out. Second, I realized that everyone would think it was murder, and Xellos would probably get blamed for it. It also meant that I was finally going to get to formally meet this Kosha person that Xellos was so in love with and was Xellos Raya’s mother. Since the only way to bring Zel back would be to resurrect him as a Mazoku, and we didn’t think that one would go over to well, and since the we didn’t know any white magicians that could cast a Resurrection spell, we did the only thing we could do, we left and went back to our regularly scheduled lives. Well, at least I did. Phibrizio, who was already a lot nicer then he used to be since he’d lived for sixteen years as a human, decided that it was up to him to watch over Zela and her children for Zelgadis since he wasn’t around to do it himself, and he decided to forget about killing Lina. Well, there you have our demented little tale,” Xellas finished and lit up a cigarette, “ Dose anyone have any questions or comments? Donations to the wonderful storyteller would help too. Phibrizio, why are you staring at me like I’m insane? I told the story didn’t I? So I may have added some of my opinions and such in, but I think that makes it that much more interesting ne?” “ Xellas, I really hate you sometimes,” Phibrizio sighed as he rubbed the bridge of his nose. Chapter VI “ You still murdered him, weather you meant to or not!,” Filia yelled, “ and who cares if you looked over Zela? You only did it because you felt guilty! And you lied to us all!” “ I’m still going to kill you,” Zela hissed as she held up a knife. Phibrizio started to laugh, “ Blades can’t hurt me!” “ Oh, this one can, it’s got spells on it that’ll cut through you like a ht knife though butter!,” Zela roared as she heaved the knife at Phibrizio. Raya ran over to Phibrizio using her Mazoku speed, and shoved him out of the knifes path, but she misjudged her timing, and the blade embedded its self into her side. “ Raya!!!!,” Valgarv screamed and ran to his wife’s side. Everyone else stood staring at Raya in terror. “ No!!! Raya!!!! Gods, not her!!!!! Aneki!!!!!!!,” Phibrizio screamed as he fell to his knees by her side, “ Don’t just stand there! Help her!!!!,” he roared at Changer and Rezo. They snapped out of their horrified trance and ran to their granddaughter’s side. “ Zela, what the hell did you cast on this knife?,” Changer asked. “ Um, some spells that can kill Mazoku.” “ Next time you try to assassinate me, don’t do it while there are so many people around!,” Phibrizio howled. “ There,” Rezo said, “ She’ll be fine in a minute.” “ I’m fine now,” Raya argued and pulled herself to her feet. “ Raya, be careful,” Valgarv said, “ You need rest.” “ No I don’t,” Raya said. “ Raya, why?,” Phibrizio asked her. “ I remembered our promise,” Raya smiled, “ I realized that you were always yourself around me, and all you really did was hide your true form from me, not your heart.” “ Raya…” “ It’s Aneki,” Raya told him with a smile, “ right, Otoutosan?” “ Right, Aneki,” Phibrizio grinned and they hugged. “ RAYA!!!!!!!!!,” Zela howled, “ He KILLED my father and you’re hugging him!!!!!! And you’re still going to consider him your little brother!!!!!!!!” “ Hai,” Raya said. “ I don’t believe you!,” Zela yelled, “ I’ll always hate him! And so will mother!” “ I really don’t care what you think about me!,” Phibrizio exploded, “ Maybe I should have let Deep Sea take your kids from you!” “ NANI!!!!,” Zela screamed. “ Deep Sea Dolphin wants your kids. She sees them as fun little science experiments. Phibrizio is the only thing stopping her from taking them,” Xellas said, “ I told you he was watching over you and your family!” “ Look, before we get in a big debate over weather I deserve to be hated for an eternity or weather I deserve to be forgiven, I need to clear a few things up,” Phibrizio said, “ First off, I need a Priest and a General.” “ Are you asking for volunteers?,” Filia rolled her eyes. “ No! Actually, I already know who I want,” Phibrizio grinned, “ I want Raya as my Priest and Valgarv as my General.” “ Hai!,” Raya said without a moments hesitation. “ Only on one condition,” Valgarv said. “ Which is?,” Phibrizio asked. “ I NEVER have to do anything that will result in hurting or killing my mother. She’s the only dragon I care about,” Valgarv said. “ Fair enough, I suppose,” Phibrizio said, “ You have my word, you will never have to do anything that’s end result will hurt or kill your mother.” “ Don’t we get some of your powers?,” Raya asked. “ I’ll talk to you both about that later,” Phibrizio said. “ Um, can I still call you Otoutosan?” “ Only when none of the other Lords are around.” “ Okay!,” Raya giggled, “ Um, I have to listen to you, don’t I?” “ That’s the general idea, yes,” Phibrizio said. Raya began to giggle, “ What’s so funny?” “ I have to take orders from my little brother!!!!,” Raya laughed. Epilogue That all happened yesterday…..what a day it was! Raya and Valgarv are now Hellmaster’s General and Priest ( or Priestess as Raya is insisting on being called) An even stranger twist to the whole situation is that Phibrizio and Raya are still going to call each other brother and sister. The other Lords are going to have a fit when they find out. Raya is probably going to be able to get away with anything she wants too….I almost pity Phibrizio. Zela, Narse, and Rezurla have moved to Zela’s husband’s dimension, permanently, from what I understand. We will still see them every once in a while, but not nearly as much as we used to. Kosha and Phibrizio have started over, and oddly enough, I think they will end up becoming rather good friends…..what a strange world we live in! The rest of us have just gone back to everyday living….sadly that will not last for long. Another war is coming in ten years or so. Ten years is nothing to any of us. How do I know about the war, you ask? Sore wa himitsu desu! Xellos, Trickster Priest. The End…. (until the war, that is!) Phibrizio: That’s more like it! I have a big role! Viv: Glad you’re happy. ( rolls eyes) Xellos: I rather like how I’m telling the whole story! Xellas: I get to tell some too! Zel: You were rather mean about some of it! Xellas: Hey, Viv told me what happened, and told me to tell it any way I pleased! So I did! Xellos: Just like she let me write the prologue and epilogue. Phibrizio: How come I didn’t get to tell anything? Xellos, Xellas, Viv and Zel: BECAUSE YOU DO ALL THE TALKING IN ‘VIV’S SLAYERS SECTION’!!!!!!!!!! Phibrizio: Oh, you didn’t have to yell! Valgarv walks in. Valgarv: What’s with all the yelling? Raya’s taking a nap. Phibrizio: Everyone be quite so you don’t wake up Aneki!!!! Xellas: You call her Aneki? Phibrizio: Hai….Do you have a problem with that, Xellas? Xellas: Nope! No problem at all! Valgarv: The war is next, right Viv? Viv: Yep! I’m having fun writing it! Zel: Have a title yet? And am I even it mentioned in it at all? Viv: No, I don’t have a title yet, and I think your name is mentioned once. Xellos: Maybe you should call it ‘Slayers: Just Plain Weird War’. Viv:……..that could work! Phibrizio: You let him read some of the story, didn’t you!!!! Xellos: Only because I found out a secret, and so I wouldn’t tell anyone she let me read what she had written. It was only a couple of pages. Valgarv: What did you find out? Xellos: Sore wa himitsu desu!!!!! ^_^ Phibrizio: VALGARV!!!!!!!! I can’t believe you asked him that. Raya: ( yells from other room in sleepy voice) Otoutosan!!! Be quite so I can sleep!!!! Phibrizio: Sorry, Aneki! Viv: Speaking of quite, why don’t all of you go do something else and leave me in peace an quite so I can write! Xellos: What are we supposed to do? Viv: I don’t care as long as you don’t do it in here. Five minutes later, Viv is typing away when suddenly her ears are almost blasted off by music coming from her living room. Music: Yugamu tsuki kakimushitta mune no naka sawagi tateru….. Raya walks into the computer room, rubbing sleep out of her eyes. Raya: Do you want to help me kill them, or am I alone in this quest? Music: Shaking shaking in my soul Tenshito akuma…. Viv: I’ll help! Viv and Raya leave room. Soon… Xellos: Hey!!!! We were listing to that! Valgarv: It was my song too….. Raya: The whole entire neighborhood could hear it and it woke me up! Viv and Raya proceed to beat the heck out to the people causing all the ruckus. The End! ( Note: The music was the song Waru-Bad Blood. It’s Valgarv’s song from Slayers Try.
