Slayers Trek: The Next Explosion! It had been a fairly normal day on Deep Space Nine. . . Gul Dukat had arrived the previous day, but so far, he hadn't caused any trouble (other then being himself, which annoyed the heck out of Major Kira). No Dominion ships had been seen for over a week, and Captain Sisko was beginning to wonder when things were going to liven up again. . . he didn't have long to wait. . . *Note: The war with the Dominion has not started yet, and Cardassia has not become allies with the Dominion yet either* Lina, Zel and Gourry blinked in amazement as they looked at their new surroundings. They were in what appeared to be a bar, and it was full of people. . . well, what they assumed were people. Some of the other patrons had blue skin, or gray skin, or even orange skin. Some of them had ridges on their foreheads, and some of them had huge ears. " Where in L-Sama's name are we?," Lina hissed at Zel. " I think we teleported through L-Sama's TV and to this world," Zelgadis said. " What was that show called. . . Deep Space Nine?" " Where are the others?," Gourry asked. " They're probably here too, just in different places," Lina said. " We should probably go find them. . . " " Why don't we just stay here and let them find *us* for a change?," Zel asked. " Yeah Lina, this place is kind of nice," Gourry grinned. One of the people with orange skin and big ears came over to the table that the three friends were sitting at. He had small eyes and his teeth were jagged and pointed. " I'm glad you're enjoying your stay here at my fine establishment," the man said. " Uh. . . yeah," Lina said. " What is this place called again? I'm afraid it's slipped my mind." " Quark's," the man said, " and I am Quark, by they way. Can I get you anything to drink?" " Coffee. . . black," Zelgadis said. " Uh. . . water for me," Gourry smiled. " A glass of wine," Lina said. A few minutes later, Quark returned with their drinks, and said that they owed him three strips of latinum. Lina dug around in her pocket and placed three gold coins on the table. " What is that?," Quark asked. " I said latinum." " Well, that's all we have," Lina said. " I'm sure it's worth more then three strips of latinum." " You have no money?!," Quark looked as if he might faint. " I'm afraid I'll have to call security. . . " " What for, Quark?," a man asked as he walked up. He looked human, but his face looked more two-dimensional. " Odo, these people don't have any money to pay for their drinks," Quark whined. " Alright, you three are going to the brig," Odo sighed. " But we have money!," Gourry sputtered and pointed to the coins Lina had set out on the table. " That may be currency on your world, but it won't work here. Now come along before I have to call more of the deputies in," Odo said as he crossed his arms over his chest. Lina was giving Odo the 'bane of all who lives, Dragon Spooker, Bandit killer, ext. ext.' look. Zelgadis was about to tell her to let it go and just do as the man said, when she stood up and let Odo lead her away. Zel and Gourry exchanged relieved looks and followed. Phibby, PJ, Valterria, Tallen, and Genie blinked and gave each other 'what in the heck just happened?' looks. " Where are we?," Tallen asked as he looked around. " A clothing shop, by the looks of things," PJ said. " I hadn't noticed," Phibby rolled her eyes. " How may I help all of you?," a voice asked from across the room. The five companions looked up and saw a man with grayish skin and black hair smiling at them. He had ridges around his eyes, and along his neck and jaw line. His eyes were a bluish gray color. " Who are you?," Genie asked. " My name is Garak," he said. " Do you run this store?," Phibby asked as she began to look at a dress. " Yes, actually." " You made all these clothes?," Tallen asked. Garak nodded. " How much is this?, Phibby asked and pointed at the dress she had been looking at. Garak named a price, and Phibby frowned. " What's latinum?" Garak gave Phibby an odd look. " What currency do you have, my dear?," he asked. Phibby made PJ and the others fork over what gold pieces they had. All together, the group had twenty gold pieces. " You don't need a new dress," PJ grumbled, and Phibby hit him. " We've got twenty gold," Phibby said. " I suppose I could take it," Garak said, and Phibby picked up the dress and was about to hand Garak the money when she saw Zel, Lina and Gourry being led off by some man. " Look!," she yelled and pointed. Everyone turned to look, and a split second later, Garak was alone in the shop. " Well, at least they're headed for the brig. . . ," Garak sighed as he headed off after them. " They didn't seem like the type of people that would steal. . . " The Five Mazoku Lords looked around at their new surroundings and sighed. " So, how mad do you think L-Sama is?," Dynast asked. " Depends on where we are, and what is going on at the moment," Phibrizio mumbled. " Who are you?," a young woman asked from a doorway. The Lords looked up at her. If they had seen Garak, they would have noticed that she had the same ridges on her face as he did, but they weren't as bold as his were. (You could barley see this girls at all) Plus she had a small series of ridges on the bridge of her nose. Her skin was light gray, and she had black hair. " Ziyal, who are you talking too?," a male voice asked from another room. " Uh. . . I'm not sure, father," Ziyal said as she continued to watch the Lords. Phibrizio grinned and went into his 'I'm so cute and innocent' mode. A minute later, Ziyal's father came out of the room. He had ridges on his face too, but they were a lot more evident then Ziyal's were. His skin was gray, and he had black hair. There were no ridges on his nose. " Who are you?," he demanded. " I am Dynast, and these are my. . . siblings," Dynast said, and practically gagged on the word siblings. " What are you doing in my quarters, and better yet, how did you get here?," he asked. " You wouldn't believe us if we told you. . . my name is Zelas, by the way." " Dukat to Security." " Security here," a voice echoed from nowhere, and the Lords pretended not to be confused as to where the voice was coming from. " There are five intruders in my quarters. Please come and arrest them," Dukat sneered. " NOW." " On our way, sir." About five minutes later. . . Six security officers showed up at Dukat's quarters, and began to try and lead the Lords out. " Play along," Phibrizio hissed to the others in Mazoku. He guessed from the looks he got from Ziyal, Dukat, and the security officers that they could understand him, but he decided that was a mystery for another day. " So," Deep Sea asked as she walked down the hall, " where is this brig you're talking about?" Viv and Valgarv looked around their new surroundings with puzzled looks on their faces. After realizing he had no clue where he was, Val's suspicious Mazoku instincts kicked in. . . and his protect little sister instincts as well. Not a very good combination. . . Viv, on the other hand, being as curious as she was, began to take a closer look at the room she was in. It looked like some sort of temple, and Viv noticed an ornate box at the front of the room on an altar. A strange green glow was showing through the small opening in the front of the box where the doors came together. While Val was still in 'find threats and destroy' mode, Viv crept up to the box and opened. " It's beautiful. . . ," Viv gasped. A green hour glass shaped orb was floating in the box, and it was giving off a bright green glow. Viv tentatively reached out a hand to pick the orb up. " Viv are you sure you should be doing that?," Val asked her with a raised eyebrow. " I don't think-," Viv started. " Young lady! How dare you try and take an Orb of the Prophets!," a woman in priest like attire yelled. Viv shut the doors of the box and whirled around. Val slowly turned to see who was yelling. " An orb of the whats?," Val asked. The lady turned bright red glared at them. " How-how dare you! Acting like this in a temple! Computer! Get me security!," the lady yelled. Valgarv and Viv gave each other a worried look. That didn't sound good at all. . . A few minutes later. . . " And the girl with purple hair was trying to steal the Orb!!!," the priestess said as she came back into the room with several men in brown uniforms. They, and the woman, looked human except for a series of small ridges on the bridges of their noses. " Alright, you two are going to have to come with us," one the men sighed. " We aren't going anywhere," Val growled. Viv put her hand on his shoulder. " Maybe-," she started. " Look, I don't want to have to hurt you," one of the men said and drew a weapon of some sort and pointed it at Viv. Val's eyes flashed red and he was about to chunk a fireball at the stupid 'human' when Viv jumped in front of him. " You'll have to excuse my brother. . . he's under a lot of stress, and he's not in to good of a mood today," Viv said. Then she grabbed the still shocked Val's arm. " Lead the way. . . .uh. where are we going?" " The brig," the man sighed as he put the weapon away. " The Constable is going to be mad. . . we've already got thirteen people in there." " I think we may know most of them," Valgarv sighed and shook his head. Kosha, Albatross and Xellos gave each other evil grins and giggled. " You know, we could really cause some problems here," Albatross smiled. " Yep. . . sticking three tricksters together is not exactly the best thing in the world to do," Kosha agreed as she looked around. They were in what looked to be a rather large hallway, and all sorts of people were milling about. " It looks like we're on the upper level of some sort of market place," Xellos said as he looked over the railing at the bottom floor. " Look. . . it appears Viv and Valgarv have already gotten into trouble!" Kosha and Albatross joined Xellos at the rail and looked down just in time to see Viv and Val being lead by men in brown uniforms to a room. " Hmm. . . I wonder," Albatross said as he examined a consul that was stuck in a wall. After pressing a few buttons, he smiled. " It may take a few minutes, but I think we may actually be able to crack into this places security and see what's going on, and maybe even find the others. . . " " Let's try it, then," Xellos smiled. It was a whopping four minutes before the nice men in the brown uniforms showed up. " What do you three think you're doing?," the 'leader' of the group asked. " Uh. . . sore wa. . . ," Kosha stared. " Himitsu desu," Xellos finished. Albatross slapped his head with his hand and sighed. " Let me guess. . . you're going to take us to that establishment down there, right?," Albatross asked and pointed to where Viv and Valgarv had been taken. " Wow, you've actually got a brain up there," the 'leader' said. " Come on." Luna looked around and grinned. " Got to love Zone's Ruin," she smiled to herself. Due to a previous encounter with the above mentioned pony, she knew exactly where she was. . . of course, it had been about ten years since she had been here, and Dukat wasn't in the office, a dark skinned human man was. Luna couldn't quite put her finger on it, but something about him seemed very familiar. . . Obviously, things on Terok Nor had changed. . . " Luna!?," a surprised voice asked from behind her. Luna turned and saw a familiar face. " Nerys!," Luna grinned. " That's Major Kira now!," Kira grinned as she walked over and gave Luna a hug, " How did you get here!" " Well, pretty much how I did last time. . . and when did you become a Major? And where is Dukat? He's obviously not in charge any more!" " The Cardassian's left! Bajor is finally free of their rule!," Kira beamed. " The Federation came to help us get back on our feet, and that's Captain Benjamin Sisko. He's the commander of the station now." " Terok Nor under Federation jurisdiction. . . ," Luna giggled. " Things have certainly changed here!" " It's Deep Space Nine now," Kira grinned. " Is Odo still here?," Luna asked just as the turbo lift arrived in ops. " Luna?," Odo asked. " Hey ya! I was just asking about you!," Luna laughed. " Still as serious as ever, I see, Constable!" " Of course," Kira smiled. Then she turned to Odo. " What is it? You seem worried." " How can you tell?," Luna muttered and Kira had to hold her breath to keep from giggling. " I have eighteen people in the brig, and there is no record of any of them arriving on the station. . . nor is there one of you arriving, Luna," Odo sighed. Luna smiled after making a quick mental count of how many of her friends had warped to Terok. . . Deep Space Nine, and laughed. " What?" Kira asked. " Well, I arrived in a similar matter to as I did last time," Luna said. " A inter-dimensional portal, right?," Odo asked' " Yep. . . but this time, I had eighteen friends with me when the. . . warp occurred. I'm almost positive that they are the people in the brig." " Good. I've got Quark-" " Quark's still here?," Luna beamed. " I'll have to swing by the bar." Odo continued like he hadn't been interrupted, " Garak-" " Garak too!," Luna laughed. " He's supposed to be a 'simple tailor'," Kira chuckled and Luna burst out laughing. Again, Odo continued, " and Dukat-" " Dukat is here!?," Luna laughed. " I guess I'll get to bother everyone's favorite Cardassian a little more this visit!" Odo didn't even pause, " breathing down my necks because of criminal offenses these people have committed. Not to mention Star Fleet Security and the Bajoran's from the temple." " Sounds like my friends alright," Luna nodded with a grin as she, Odo, and Kira headed down to security. Security was a mad house. Since Odo had gone up to ops to get Captain Sisko's opinion on what to do, Worf had to deal with Quark, Garak, and Dukat who were all bugging him about what was going to be done about the criminals in the brig. Ziyal, Dukat's daughter, was standing in the corner of the office with an amused smirk on her face. That just made Worf's permanent scowl darken. Of course, Klingon's were never exactly perky people to begin with. " I demand to know-," Dukat was starting to demand when the doors to security opened and Major Kira, Odo, and a woman Worf did not recognize came in. The woman with in an old style Earth waitress uniform and had light purple hair. Her bangs covered her eyes. " Luna!," Garak smiled. " Hi ya!," Luna laughed and gave him a hug. " Hello to you to, Dukat-sama!," she laughed, gave him a peck on the cheek, and headed back to the holding cells. " Who was that, Father?," Ziyal asked. " An old. . . friend of sorts," Dukat said. " When did everyone's favorite magic wielding waitress arrive?," Dukat asked Kira. " Funny. . . she was just referring to you as everyone's favorite Cardassian," Odo said. " But we all know that's a lie. . . ," Kira said and headed after Luna. " Who is that woman?," Worf asked Odo. " She's a sorceress from another dimension. She was here about ten years ago, and made friends, believe it or not, with Kira, Dukat, Garak, Quark and myself in her three week visit," Odo said. " She is a rather unique girl." " And I didn't even get a hello," Quark pouted. " I was waiting for you to start whining," Luna giggled as she walked back into the office and gave Quark a hug. " How come Dukat gets a kiss and the rest of us don't?," Quark pouted. " Cause he's my favorite," Luna grinned. " Come on. I was right. All eighteen of those people come from my world, and my little sister Lina is in there. I want all of you to met her." " I didn't even do anything!!!!," Lina yelled. She Gourry, Zel, Viv, Kosha and Val were in one cell, the Lords and Xellos were in another, and Tallen, Genie, Valterria, Phibby, PJ, and Albatross were in another. " You stole drinks from me," Quark said as he and the others entered. Kira was already in the room, and she was the one Lina was whining at. " I gave you perfectly good gold pieces," Lina pouted. " Hey! Phibby yelled when she saw Garak. " Get them to open this and I'll give you the money for the dress so me and my friends can go." " We didn't break and enter," Gaav snorted. " It's not our fault we just showed up in Dukat's or whatever the hell his name is, room." " I wasn't going to take the Orb of the Prophets!," Viv pouted, " and Val wouldn't really fireball anyone." " Do you really think we could have done any damage?," Albatross asked. " I was only messing around with the computer thingy. . . " " Where's Luna-san?," Gourry asked. . . and got nailed by Lina. " I'm right here," Luna said as she stepped out from behind her friends. " Luna!," everyone in the cells yelled. " Get us out of here," Phibrizio demanded. " Last time I checked, I was the Knight of Ceifeed. . . not of Shabranigdo, Hellmaster Phibrizio-sama." Phibrizio glared at her. " Well, now that they know who I am. . . ," he started, then he vanished, and reappeared outside the cell, " there is no need for me to act like a human." " Fireball," Luna said. The Fireball nailed Phibrizio head on, and the Hellmaster fell flat on his back, charred. " Phibrizio-kun!," Viv yelled. " Luna-chan! That was mean!!!" " Kisma," Phibrizio hissed at Luna as he stood up, his regenerating powers were already at work. " Oh, get over it, Phibrizio," Luna rolled her eyes. " Everyone from my world, listen up. Believe it or not, this is one of L-Sama's worlds. Magic doesn't exist anymore, and humans have, as you can tell, become incredibly advanced technology wise." " Is this what our world is going to be like in a couple thousand years?," Zel asked. " Perhaps," Luna nodded, " but all you need to know is that this is Death Fog and Kumokasumi's world. Kumokasumi is in what is now known as the wormhole with the Bajoran Prophets. She herself is not one of the Prophets, but she watches over them and this world much like Ceifeed watched over ours. Think of the Prophets as being this world's Dragon Kings, but they only really concentrate their efforts on Bajor." " What about the Mazoku?," Valgarv asked. " Yeah, what about Death Fog?," Zelas asked. " Right now, he is trapped on Bajor in what is known as the Fire Caves, along with the Fallen Prophets, or Pah-wraiths. The equivalent to you five," Luna said and nodded to the Lords. " How come we always lose!?," Gaav roared. " We didn't in Dark Star's world. . . that was kind of a stale mate," Xellos piped up. " Yeah, Dark Star and Voirfeid joined," Kosha said. " Anyway, the wormhole is also known as the Celestial Temple, and it's where the Dragon God of this world is. And the Demon King is trapped down on Bajor." " Wait, wait. . . I've seen at least ten different races on this station. . . on our world, we had the Dragons, the Mazoku, and the humans. . . in this world, did it begin with the Dragons, now known as the Prophets, the Mazoku, AKA Pah-wraiths, and the Bajorans?," Dynast asked. " You got it," Luna nodded. " So, does Kumokasumi have a knight?," Viv asked. " And what about Death Fog?" Luna just smiled. " Sort of. . . " " Sort of?," Lina asked, " They either do, or they don't!" " I don't feel so good. . . ," Kosha suddenly said. " Me either. . . ," Zelas said. Before long, all the magic users were complaining about feeling out of it. " My astral vision is gone!," Xellos suddenly said as his eyes flew open. " So is mine!," Deep Sea said in a panicked voice. " Relax, Deep Sea Dolphin-sama," a silky female voice said from behind everyone. Everyone turned and saw a woman with pale, almost white skin, emerald green eyes, long, jet black, hair and in jet-black armor with red highlights, and a black cloak with red lining on the inside. A huge sword was in her right hand, and it was glowing ruby red. " Changer!," Dynast said. " Right!," Changer grinned as she headed into the room. When she passed Dukat, she paused and looked at him. " Have I met you somewhere before?" " I was just about to ask you the same thing," Dukat said. The two of them looked at each other for a moment more. " I have the oddest feeling of déjà vu," Changer muttered and ran her fingers along Dukat's cheek. Then she turned to the others. " You've lost your powers. . . L-Sama has decided that breaking into her rec. room was amusing enough, and that this would be your punishment. We are all stuck here, including myself, until L-Sama finishes our new world. . . aren't we all just lucky, lucky people?" " Joy," Tallen sighed. " Look, how about we all introduce ourselves, and then, Luna, you can give that little speech of yours again," Kira said. Luna laughed as introductions begun. After everyone was introduced, and Luna explained the Kumokasumi and Death Fog story so that the residents of DS9 could understand it, everyone that was in the brig got released. Phibby gave Garak the twenty gold pieces for the dress, since she decided she still wanted it. " I think we should all go have a meeting with Captain Sisko and the other high ranking officers, don't you?," Odo asked. " Just so we know what to expect." " We have no powers! We can't do anything," Albatross snorted. " That isn't exactly true. . . I am skilled in hand to hand combat, and I still have my link with Shabranigdo-sama, and I think I can channel his power if I need to," Changer grinned. Then she giggled. " Man is he ever pissed at Death Fog. . . " " I bet," Gaav shook his head. " I'm going to go talk with Captain Sisko," Kira said. " Luna, you know the layout of the station. . . I take it you can keep your friends in line until the meeting." " Of course, Nerys," Luna smiled. " I'll see all of you later," Luna added to her friends from DS9. Then she turned to the others from her world. " Come on. . . I'll take you all to Quark's, and buy you a round of Blood Wine. . . that is some stuff you're never going to forget." " I like the name," Genie giggled as everyone followed Luna out. " Wait for me!," Quark yelled and scampered out after them. " Well, I'm off," Kira said. " I do have a shop of my own to attend too. . . you know where I am if you need me. Good day, everyone," Garak said as he headed out. " Dukat. . . Ziyal, I take it you both have better things to do then hang around security?," Odo asked. " Yes, of course. Come along, my dear," Dukat said as he led his daughter out of security and onto the Promenade. In Quark's. . . Changer sat at a table facing the Promenade by herself, thinking. " You okay, Changer-san?," Luna asked as she sat down across form her. " You said you've been here before, right?," Changer asked. " Yep, why?" " What do you know about that. . . what race was he. . . Cardassian I think?," Changer mumbled. " Dukat?," Luna asked. " Yes. . . what do you know about him?" " Well, the Cardassians used to be in charge of this station, and Dukat was the man in charge of this station. The Cardassians has the Bajorans enslaved for almost sixty years, I think. Ten years ago, when I was here, the Cardassian's were still in charge," Luna sighed. " Dukat's reputation on Cardassia recently took a fall." " Why?," Changer asked. " Because of Ziyal. . . she's half Bajoran. That's almost like how Viv is. . . half of two worlds that shouldn't mix." " Don't let Viv hear you say that," Changer chuckled. Luna saw her eyes get wide. " I gotta go. . . " Before Luna could ask what Changer was up too, the Knight of Shabranigdo was gone. About an hour later. . . Sisko had gathered up his commanding officers and was waiting in one of the station's many briefing rooms for Kira to show up with her friends. Doctor Julian Bashir, Jadzia Dax, Odo, Worf, Chief O'Brian and Sisko himself were all siting at the table. " We have a problem," Kira said as she walked in, a rather large group of people were with her. " And what's that, Major?," Sisko asked. " We're missing a. . . member of their group," Kira sighed. " A woman named Changer Greywords. She's kind of hard to miss." " Ah yes. . . she's the one with the ankle length jet black hair, green eyes, and pale skin that's almost white," Odo said. " Not to mention the fact she has a giant sword that glows red and is in black armor with a cloak on." " She sounds like quite a character," Julian grinned. " You don't know the half of it," Phibrizio said, and an evil glint flashed in his eyes. " How about we do introductions before we carry on? I am Hellmaster Phibrizio, leader and most powerful of the Five Mazoku Lords. These are my counterparts, the Chaos Dragon Gaav, Dynast Garusherra, Deep Sea Dolphin, and Beastmaster Zelas Metillium." " I take it you're the man in charge then?," Sisko asked. Phibrizio nodded and glared at Luna, who decided to keep her mouth shut. No use having him mad when he *did* get his powers back. " And who are the rest of you?," Dax asked. " I am Hellprincess Phibby." " Hellprince PJ." " Genie." " Valterria." " Tallen." " Valgarv, General of Hellmaster Phibrizio." " Albatross, Priest of Deep Sea Dolphin." " Xellos the trickster priest, Priest and General of Beastmaster Zelas Metillium." " Kosha, the trickster priestess, General and Priestess of Beastmaster Zelas Metillium." " I'm Viv. . . Valgarv's little sister." " Lina Inverse, sorceress supreme!" " Gourry Gabrive." " Zelgadis." " I'm Luna Inverse, Lina's older sister." " As you already know, I am Captain Bejamin Sisko. These are my commanding officers. . . you already know Major Kira, Commander Worf and the Constable." " Of course," Viv nodded with a smile. " I'm Jadzia Dax." " Julian Bashir." " Miles O'Brian." " Nice to meet all of you," Luna grinned. " Terok Nor. . . I mean, Deep Space Nine, looks to be in good hands." " You were here when Dukat was still in charge of the station, weren't you?," O'Brian asked. " Yep," Luna grinned. Everyone turned as the doors to the room opened, and Ziyal stepped in. " I'm sorry to interrupt, but is my father here by any chance?," she asked. " No. . . why?," Kira asked. " Well, he was supposed to meet me about thirty minutes ago, and didn't show up. He usually lets me know if he's going to be late," Ziyal said. " Didn't Changer and Dukat recognize each other in the brig?," Worf asked. " Not really. . . they just felt like they'd seen each other before. Changer has left our dimension before, but she's never been here," Luna said, " she would remember it if she had." " Mom was never one to forget a friend. . . or enemy for that matter," Kosha said. " Changer is your mother?," Dax asked. Kosha nodded. " My father is the same way," Ziyal sighed. " This isn't like him." " It's not like Changer to just go running off either," Phibrizio said. " I've known her for a long time now." " Do you think they're together?," Valterria asked. " Why don't all of you sit down? There's no reason for all of you to be crowded in the door like that," Julian said. " You're making me nervous." Everyone who was standing sat down, including Ziyal. " So, what are we going to do about our two missing persons?," Viv asked. A slit second later, the doors opened again, and Changer and Dukat walked in, arm in arm. " So then, Xellos kissed Kosha, and told Zelas-sama to kill him if that's what she wanted to do," Changer said. Dukat laughed. " And?," he asked. " Zelas found the whole thing quite amusing and gave Xellos two months off," Changer said with a grin. " Then she went back to Wolf Pack Island. The rest of us cleaned up, and then everyone that hadn't been on the quest with us left. Things went rather smoothly till about the time Raya and Zela were around sixteen. . . then Vallos, Xelterria, Narse, Rezurla, and Lei Rezo all came back in time and the whole 'Aurizilus Saga' began." " You told him about the Book of Healing Fiasco!?," Lina yelled. Changer blinked at her. " Yeah. . . " " Can we go burn that book?," Zel snorted. " Page by page?," Xellos added. " Come on you guys! It wasn't that bad," Kosha sighed. Changer, Lina, Gourry, Zel, Xellos and even Dukat gave her odd looks. She sighed. " Okay, maybe it was. . . but it was when I meet all of you!" " That, my love, is the only good thing that came out of the whole situation," Xellos shook his head. " Do you remember chunking me into the pool, Val-kun?," Zelas asked. Valgarv sweat- dropped. " I'm sure whatever all of you are talking about is of great importance, or at the least, amusing, but could we please get on to the matters at hand?," Sisko asked. Changer and Dukat sat down. " Go for it," Changer smiled. " First of all, how long are all of you going to be here?," Sisko asked. " Till L-Sama finishes the new world. . . so about two to three weeks. Give or take a few days," PJ grinned. " L-who?," Odo asked. " The Lord of Nightmares. . . L-Sama," Deep Sea Dolphin said. " She is Darkness beyond blackness pitch, deeper then the deepest night. She the King of Darkness who shines like gold upon the Sea of Chaos. In short, she's God." " She created our world, and this one too. And right now, she's not to happy with us," Dynast added. " Um. . . not to happy with all of *you*. She doesn't have any problem with me, I'm just the messenger girl. . . Shabranigdo-sama sent me since he didn't feel like coming himself, and he decided having Luna and Ceifeed in one place with both of them without powers was to tempting, and since the Lords were already here, I got to come." " Why would it matter if Luna and Ceifeed were here together? What's tempting about that?," Julian asked. " It would be like shooting fish in a barrel! If your worst enemy and the leader of his armies were in one spot, and there was nothing they could do to defend themselves, wouldn't you do everything within your power to blow them away?," Gaav asked. " I know I would." " All of you are enemies?," Kira asked. " Yep. It's my sister, Gourry, Zel, and me versus everyone else. Except for Viv and Tallen. . . they try to stay neutral," Luna grinned. " But were kind of in a peace right now since we just got out of a big war where tons of people died, and L-Sama got ticked at us. . . " " Were all just kind of going with the flow right now," Xellos grinned. " Sort of an, 'I won't kill you if you don't kill me' arrangement." " And I personally hope it lasts," Changer said. " I get tired of fighting Luna. . . she is my friend. Its not like I walked up to Shabranigdo and begged to be his knight or anything. It just happened." " I know what you mean," Luna snickered. " Alright then. This peace or agreement, or whatever the hell you want to call it, is going to last for as long as your on my station," Sisko said. Changer smirked evilly, but it faded quickly. Sisko continued. " The second any one of you violate that, you're back in the brig, and with out these 'powers' you all keep referring to, I doubt there is anything you can do to get out." " You'd be surprised, Sisko-sama," Changer said with a grin. " Well, I have things to do, and Dukat to annoy, so, I will see all of you later," she giggled then she stood up, grabbed Dukat, and walked out. " Mom!," Kosha said. " Dad!," Ziyal said. The two girls looked at each other. " Shall we go track them down together?," Kosha asked. " Why not?," Ziyal laughed then they ran off after Changer and Dukat. " I'm hungry!," Lina whined, and Gourry nodded. " Alright! I'll take you two and get some food! How does Klingon sound?," Luna sighed. " I don't care as long as it's food! Come on, Gourry!," Lina yelled, grabbed her sister and Gourry and charged out the door. " Lina!," Zel yelled and ran off after her. " Perhaps I should go keep tabs on my wife and her new found friend. . . Ziyal was it?," Xellos said and walked out of the room. " Come on, Albatross. . . I want to go have a look about the Promenade," Deep Sea said and she and her priest left. The other four Lords looked at each other and followed her. Valgarv sighed. " I better go keep all of them out of trouble. Coming, Viv?," Val asked. " Ne, Oniichan, I think I'll stay here and chat with our new friends some." " What ever suits you, Imouto," Val smiled and walked off. " Are any of you. . . free right now?," Viv asked. " I am, actually," Julian smiled. " How about I give you a tour of the station?" " Sure," Viv giggled and the two of them walked off. " Follow them?," PJ asked. " Follow them," Genie agreed and the two of them walked off. " BAKA!!!!," Phibby yelled and ran off after her little brother. " Fight?," Tallen asked. " Fight," Valterria agreed, " Stop them?" " Stop them," Tallen nodded and the two Dragons walked off. Sisko sighed. " Well. . . things aren't boring anymore," Dax grinned. Everyone started at her. " What?" Genie, PJ, Phibby, Tallen and Valterria were all waking down the upper part of the Promenade, watching Julian tell Viv about different parts of the station. Genie was beginning to get rather bored, and was watching people walk by bellow. Suddenly, she stopped when someone caught her eye. " What?," Valterria asked his best friend. " Look at that Cardassian down there!," she giggled and pointed to a male Cardassian that was headed towards Quark's. " What about him?," Valterria asked. " I think he's cute!," Genie giggled. By this time, Tallen, PJ, and Phibby and joined Genie and Valterria. " He's nothing compared to Dynast-kun. . . ," Phibby sighed. " Well, I still think he's cute, and I'm going to go talk to him! Forget following Viv around," Genie said and scrambled off. The others ran after her. " I wonder where they're all off to?," Albatross asked from across the Promenade. " Perhaps we should follow them. . . you know, just to make sure they don't get kicked into the brig," Zelas said. " They went into Qurak's. There's a back entrance over here. Let's go," Dynast said and lead the way. Valgarv shook his head and saw his sister further down the Promenade. " Viv! Wait up!," he yelled and ran off after his sister. Kosha, Ziyal and Xellos were not having any luck at all finding Changer and Dukat. " Where in L-Sama's name could they be?," Kosha sighed and sat down in the middle of a corridor on the habitat ring. " It's not that big of a station, Kosha," Xellos grinned down at his wife. " They couldn't have gotten far." " Xellos is right, come on," Ziyal said. " maybe they went back to my Father's quarters. . . " Meanwhile, across the station. . . " Wow. . . the wormhole is beautiful, isn't it?," Changer sighed as she watched a ship fly through the wormhole. " I think so. . . this is one of the best places to watch it," Dukat said. " I could sit up here all day!," Changer said, " After all, I have nothing better to do." Lina, Gourry, Zel and Luna were having a grand time in Qurak's. Quark has taught them to play a game called 'Dabo' and Lina was winning tons and tons of gold pressed latinum. " This is fun!," Lina giggled. Then she began to jump up and down when she won again. " She's supposed to be losing. . . ," Quark hissed under his breath. " Who is that, anyway?," Rom, Quark's younger brother asked. " Her name is Lina Inverse, and she's Luna's younger sister. . . they're from another world, and I figured I could lend them some latinum and win it all back without any problems at all. . . but now she's nearly tripled what I gave her." " That's not to good for you, is it, Quark?," Odo grinned as he walked up. " Don't you have someone to arrest or something? Maybe you should be keeping your eye on those demon lords? They can probably cause more mischief with a thought then I've caused my whole life. . . " " Don't look now, but here comes Damar. . . and those kids from the Luna's world. . . they one's that robbed Garak," Leeta, one of the Dabo girls said as she set a tray on the bar and began to put several drinks on it. " Great. . . Mr. Sunshine himself," Quark sighed. " Um. . . I've got some replicators to fix," Rom said and ran off. " And I have to get these drinks to Lina and company," Leeta said and bolted. " I suppose you're going to abandon me too?," Quark asked Odo. " I'm in no mood to deal with Damar. . . and Valgarv just walked by after his sister and the doctor. . . he's got quite a temper, so I think I'll make sure he stays out of trouble." With that, Odo left. " What did you do to get a fan club?," Quark asked as Damar sat down. " What are you talking about, Ferangi?," Damar asked. " Well, I assume Dukat has told you about some people form another world being on the station?" " What of if?" " You've got five of them following you around. Two of them are princesses, one of them in a prince, another one is a leader of a race of dragons, and the other is the last of his race. They're all best friends too," Quark said. " Lucky me," Damar rolled his eyes. " Just get me a drink." " Sure. . . here comes one of them now. . . I think her name is Genie," Quark said as he walked off. Damar turned just in time to see a rather tall red headed 'human' female sit down beside him. " Hi. . . ," she grinned. The Five Mazoku Lords and Albatross had every intention of going down stairs to see what Phibby, PJ, Tallen, Valterria, and Genie had found so interesting. . . but then they had found something else that intrigued them even more. Dax and Worf had come out of a room with rather impressive weapons in their hands, and when asked, they said they were in the holo-suite. After more questioning, Dax told them how to run it and told them she'd tell Quark they were in there, and to let them use it. " Well, lets give this thing a try, ne?," Phibrizio asked as he and the others stood in the room. " Why not. . . ," Dynast shrugged. " Computer. . . generate a forest." Suddenly, they were in a forest complete with birds chirping and a slight breeze. " Ooooooooo. . . .," they all sighed and continued to make requests of the computer. Genie had been chatting with Damar for about five minutes when Worf and Dax came down the stairs. PJ's eyes got wide and he was practically drooling as he stared at a huge sword like weapon in Worf's hands. " Look at that," he sighed and pointed. " You and your weapons. . . ," Tallen shook his head. " I'm going to find out what it is. . . maybe I can get one," PJ said. " PJ!," Phibby hissed and made a grab for her brother. " We're not supposed to cause any trouble, remember? If we had our powers, I wouldn't care, but we don't. Has it occurred to any of you that we could die if we got hurt?" " No," Tallen shook his head. Valterria was to busy making sure Genie didn't get mad at this Cardassian and kill him, or that he didn't try anything 'funny' to pay attention to the others. " I'll be okay. . . I am adult, weather I look it our not, remember?," PJ rolled his eyes and headed for Worf. " We are so dead," Tallen said and took a sip of water as he heard Lina yelled 'Dabo' again and Quark sigh miserably from the bar. Phibby sighed and began trying to get Valterria's attention. " So your father is one of the most powerful beings on your world?," Damar asked Genie. " Yep," she grinned. " He's the second most powerful of the five Mazoku Lords." " What's his name?" " Oh, he's the Chaos Dragon-," Genie started, but a huge crash cut her off. Both she and Damar whirled around to see PJ holding a sword of some kind and backing away from Worf. " That idiot. . . he stole the Klingon's Bat'leth," Damar shook his head. " What?," Genie asked. " It's a Kingon honor blade. . . Worf is going to kill him," Damar said. " Isn't that one of your friends?" " Yeah. . . he's Hellprince PJ," Genie nodded. It was about this time that Worf lunged for PJ who managed to dodge. . . and came running towards the bar. " GENIE!!!! HELP!!!!," PJ yelled. Genie looked blank for a second, then smiled as she drew her own sword from its sheath on her back. " Genie!!!," Valterria roared as he Tallen, and Phibby ran up. " Don't!" " Valterria's right," Tallen said. " We can't kill him. . . " Genie growled, but put her blade away. Then she turned to Damar, " Do you know of a place we could hide until Worf calms down?" " This way," Damar said and ran out of Quarks. The others followed him. . . and were followed by Worf and Dax as well. Lina, Luna, Zel and Gourry looked up. " Come on," Luna sighed. " We have to go find Odo." Ten minutes later, after Lina had stashed all her winnings away, the four of them left, and Quark sobbed over his losses. Soon. . . Kira had run into Dukat and Changer who were on their way back to the Promenade, and the three of them were heading towards Quarks when PJ came running by, screaming at the top of his lungs and holding the Bat'leth over his head. " PJ!?," Changer blinked. A split second later, Damar, Genie, Tallen, Valterria, and Phibby came charging by. " Turn right!," Damar yelled and the six of them pilled into a turbo lift. " What was that all about?," Kira asked. " Who was the Cardassian?," Changer asked. " That was Damar. . . my second in command," Dukat said. " Which way did they go?," Worf asked as he came barreling up. " They went into the turbo lift," Kira said, and before she could say anything more, Worf ran off towards the nearest turbo lift, and Dax ran after him without even stopping. " Will someone please tell me what is going on!?," Changer yelled. " PJ stole Worf's Bat'leth, Worf is going to kill PJ. . . for some reason, Damar agreed to help Genie, Tallen, Valterria, and Phibby hide PJ. Dax is following him with the intent to calm him down. . . I think. We're going to try and save the six bakas who are running from Worf," Luna said as she ran by with Lina, Gourry and Zel. " Thanks Luna-san!," Changer called and waved after her. " Come on," she said and grabbed Dukat's hand and started dragging him down the hall. Kira just shook her head, sighed, and continued on her way. Soon. . . " How long do we have to stay here?," PJ whined. " Until Worf calms down enough for you to give him back the Bat'leth without killing you!," Damar hissed. Suddenly, Dukat's voice rang out. " Dukat to Damar." " Damar here," the Cardassian said and tapped a badge on his chest. " Are PJ and his friends with you?" " Yes." " Could you-," Dukat started, but very angry female voice cut him off. " Where in L-Sama's name are all of you?! Get your butts back up to Ops before I get really mad and show you what Shabranigdo-sama's powers are really like!" " Changer-san?," Tallen started. " Oh, don't even try and smooth things over, Goldie! I want all six of you, that includes you, Damar, at Ops and in Captain Sisko's office in five minutes, or you're going to get fried! Is that understood?" " Hai, Changer-sama!," PJ, Phibby, Genie, Valterria and Tallen all said. " Damar?," Changer hissed. " Yes, Changer," he said, then added, " sama. . . " after getting urgent looks from the others. " Good. Okay Dukat-kun, you can talk now." " Just get up here. . . Dukat out," the Cardassian commander sighed. " Let's go," Damar said and began leading the way towards Ops. Soon. . . When everyone finally got to Ops, Kira, Sisko, Odo, Changer, Dukat, Xellos, Ziyal, Kosha, Viv, Valgarv, Dr. Bashir, Zel, Gourry, Worf, Dax, Luna, and Lina were all already there. PJ gulped and smiled sheepishly at Worf as the Klingon glared at him. " Gomen. . . ," PJ stammered and handed him the Bat'leth. Phibby hit her brother over the head. " Baka! That'll show you not to steal things when you don't have your powers!" " Hey! Under normal circumstances, there wouldn't have been a problem! And at least I'm not running around looking like an adult! Just because your precious Dynast-sama likes this form better then your real one isn't a reason for you to go parading around in it all the time!," PJ snapped. Phibby's mouth opened and closed a few times, but she didn't do anything. " Speaking of Dynast, has anyone seen the Lords since the meeting?," Changer asked. " Albatross-kun is gone too," Kosha said. " The last I saw of them they were going into Quarks to see why Genie was practically charging in there with the rest of her group in tow," Valgarv said. " But that was almost twenty minutes before PJ stole the Bat'leth. . . " " Oh! Daddy was following me again!," Genie hissed. " You're only thirty-six, Genie," Phibby said. " Only?," Kira said with a raised eyebrow. " Sheesh. . . Changer is over a thousand years old, the Lords have practically been around since time began on our world, Xellos is almost two thousand, and Kosha is around five hundred and something. Thirty six isn't that big of a deal. . . ," PJ snorted. " Says the thirty one year old," Valterria smirked. " Oh, shut up," PJ rolled his eyes. " Anyway, where are the Lords and Albatross?," Luna sighed. " We saw them when we were coming out of the holo-suite," Dax said. " They went in after us." " Holo-what?," Viv asked. As Dukat opened his mouth to explain, Quark came charging in with the Lords and Albatross. " These six have spent over two hours in my holo-suits, and have nothing to pay me with!," Quark yelled. " Oh get over it. . . we told you once we got our powers back we'd make you immortal didn't we?," Zelas said as she began to chug some type of drink from a bottle she had. " And then Zelas took my best bottle of Kenar!," Quark protested. " It's good! And I know alcohol!," Zelas said. " No shit Zelas," Gaav snorted as he came into the room. " Genie, you didn't kill anyone while PJ was stole that Bat thingamajig, did you?" " No, Daddy," Genie shook her head. " Good," Dynast said before Gaav could utter another word. " Ano. . . ," Gourry said. " What?," Luna asked him. " I'm hungry," Gourry said, and Lina proceeded to beat him. " You're always hungry jellyfish for brains!," the little sorceress yelled as she twisted Gourry into a pretzel. " Shouldn't you stop them?," Julian asked. " No. . . they always do this," Zelgadis sighed. " I am kind of hungry myself," Changer said. " I'm not," Phibrizio said. " You're never hungry, Hellbrat!," Lina sighed. " Yeah, unlike some people, the rest of us can't survive off negative emotions and pain," Luna said. " I swear. . . you Humans and Dragons. . . ," Dynast shook his head," You're always complaining about something. . . and I'm sure Cardassians, Bajorans, and Ferangi are the same way too." " They're always worried about dying," Phibrizio said. " Again, unlike you Lords, we don't have forever to live, and when we do die, we don't have the luxury of being able to sit around in the Astral Plane for a few centuries or so them being reborn!," Changer snapped. " Did I mention I'm hungry?" " I have an idea. . . why don't all of us have diner together in say, a half-hour?," Dax asked. " You can explain what you mean by living off negative emotions, and all the other things you've said about Mazoku to the rest of us, and then we can tell you some things about our world." " Sounds good to me," Luna said. " Where should we meet?" A half an hour later. . . Everyone had gathered in one of the stations larger meeting rooms, and having a rather good time. PJ and Worf had gotten into a discussion about weapons. Julian was telling Tallen about how he used his 'powers' as a doctor to cure people and in turn, Tallen was telling him about being a healer in his world. Ziyal and Kosha were discussing art. Garak and Xellos were telling each other about their lives as a 'simple tailor' and a 'simple priest'. Various other conversations were taking place, and Genie was flirting with Damar. . . Gaav, on the other hand, was coming up with ways to kill Damar, and had come up with over five hundred when Zelas interrupted his train of thought. " Will you get over it! So Genie has a crush on Damar! Big deal. . . Quark tells me he's, and I quote, 'a cold, heartless, murdering bastard'. What more could you hope for in a son in law?," the Beastmaster asked. Gaav growled in response. Zelas sighed. " I give up. . . " Across the table, Genie was trying to get the nerve out to ask Damar out on a date. PJ had dared her to do it, and then Phibby had started bugging her about it too. . . and now that she had excepted the dare, Genie wasn't going to back down. From down and across the table, PJ grinned evilly at her. Genie cursed under her breath in Mazoku. " What?," Damar asked her. " Nothing. . . " she sighed. " Just contemplating how one second someone is your friend, and the next second nothing would make you happier then to see that person's head on a pike." " I think I know what you mean," Damar said. " Really? Then could you excuse me while I go put PJ's head on a pike?," Genie asked. Damar actually smiled at her. " Have at it." " One more thing before I go, do you think we could go out to diner tomorrow night. . . you know. . . on a date?" Damar started at her, then said, " Genie, you are impulsive, violent, reckless, and nothing like a woman I would ever see myself going out with." Genie made a noise that sounded like a cross between a growl and a whimper, and was about to slam her plate into Damar's face then decapitate him. " But. . . I'd like to go out with you anyway, so put the plate down," Damar finished. Genie smiled. " I'm going to kill him. . . slowly," Gaav vowed from across the table. Zelas just sighed and shook her head. That's when a gold flash of light filled the room and a woman with long blonde hair holding a shovel appeared by the door. " You're not killing anyone, Gaav," she said. " L-Sama!," everyone that didn't belong in the universe they were in yelled. L-Sama smiled, " I finished the world early. . . time to go and settle in." " But-," Genie began as L-Sama opened a portal. " No buts! Everyone else who decided to go is already there." Changer glanced at Dukat as she stood up, " Is-" " Zone's Ruin has been taken to the new world! You can come and visit a few times if you want," L-Sama grinned. " Now lets get going! I still have to split Shabrangido into seven pieces and put him in seven different places!" " I guess we'll have to go on our date next time I come though, Damar," Genie said as she stood up. The rest of her group did as well. " PJ," Worf said and tossed the Mazoku prince a Bat'leth. " Take it." " Thanks," PJ grinned. Then he, Phibby, Genie, Valterria and Tallen stepped through the portal. " Bye Ziyal-chan. . . see you tomorrow," Kosha winked. " Hai. . . tomorrow," Xellos smiled. " What do you mean?," Ziyal asked. " Sore wa. . . ," Kosha said. " Himitsu desu!," Xellos finished as the two of them vanished. " Fruitcake!," Lina hissed and dragged Gourry and Zel through the portal. " I can't wait to get my magic back!" " Raya's probably worried sick.," Valgarv shook his head and he headed through the portal. " Oniisan, wait up!," Viv yelled. " Bye everyone!" Albatross shook his head and headed in after her. " Well, I have an island of wolves to look after. . . not to mention Xel-kun and Kosha-chan," Zelas said as she left. " Hell is not going to run itself," Phibrizio grinned. " That and the fact that Viv is gone," Gaav snickered. " I'm going to get an ear full from Xelterria. . . " " The North Pole. . . nice below freezing temperatures," Dynast said. " I miss being under water," Deep Sea muttered. " Well. . . I guess I'll see you all when I see you," Luna said and gave all of her friends hugs. Then she walked over to Sisko. " You be careful. . . Kumokasumi would be mad if you went off and got yourself killed." With that, Luna was gone. " Rezo is going to kill me if he finds out about this. . . ," Changer muttered then, with a shrug, she leaned down and kissed Dukat on the lips. " See you around, Dukat-kun." She said with a giggle as she headed off through the portal. " She's right. . . isn't she. . . about seeing her around?," Dax asked L-Sama. L-Sama smiled. " Perhaps. . . I see several possible futures for both this world and theirs. . . in some, you all cross paths again. . . in others. . . well, it wouldn't be any fun if I told you everything now, would it?" With that one last comment, the Lord of Nightmares vanished, leaving the command crew of Deep Space Nine and their 'friends' to ponder the future. L-Sama grinned to herself. They were all just getting to the new world. " The aftermath of this war is just beginning. . . ," she smirked. The end. . . for now.
